DIT-MCO Model 2135 - Gains MIL-STD 810F certification.
Created by the U.S. Government and approved for use by all departments and agencies of the Department of Defense, MIL-STD-810F test procedures measure a products reliability and performance in extreme environments.
The perfect tester for field use is rugged, mobile, and lightweight, without sacrificing the functionality and power of a larger system. That tester is found in the Model 2135. Weighing less than 30 pounds, this wiring analyzer handles up to 300 test points of Series 19 switching per unit. Expansion units give you additional flexibility in field testing. The 2135 can be powered from any AC source 100-240 VAC so you can use it anywhere in the world.
The Model 2135 provides tests for insulation, isolation, and hipot. With programmable stimulus from 0.225 up to 1000 volts and 2 amps, you’ll meet your test specifications.
The Model 2135 includes a convenient strap for carrying. You can also take this tester on the road with the optional battery cart. With a battery life of over four (4) hours (system only), field testing in remote areas just got easier. The small size allows you to take this system into the cockpit, on a submarine, or into any tight quarters where other testers wouldn't fit.
The Model 2135 is protected by a carbon fiber enclosure that is nearly indestructible. The electronics are also shock mounted for additional protection from field use.
Combine the 2135 with a standard or ruggedized notebook computer and you have a full test system. The same test files developed for the 2135 will run on a large DIT-MCO tester as well.
