Director of Sales, Marketing & Service

DIT-MCO International, LLC – a leader in the wire/harness test industry is looking for a Director or Vice President of Sales, Marketing, & Service to establish annual sales goals and budgets, designate objectives of our sales, marketing, and service department, work closely with the President and Director of Finance to analyze business plans, set KPIs, and generally guide the marketing strategy for the company.

Our ideal candidate has a Bachelor of Science or a Master of Business Administration, with at least 10 years of Marketing and Sales experience and at least 5 years of experience in a senior managerial role. The candidate is expected to have advanced experience developing, and documenting, business strategies and advanced interpersonal and leadership skills.


  • Research the market – both customers and competitors to develop sales & marketing strategies and annual bookings budgets
  • Develop annual departmental budgets based on research and our goals
  • Manage regional sales managers and guide their sales/marketing strategies
  • Manage and guide the Marketing strategy
  • Supervise the inside Sales and Service departments
  • Create new and update existing KPIs for our sales and marketing team
  • Assist the President in reviewing business reports prior to submittal to the board of directors
  • Suggest strategic changes based on received reports


  •  10–15 years of experience working in Sales and Marketing with an emphasis on complex sales of capital equipment – especially in military/aerospace industries
  • A bachelor’s degree or higher in Business or related field
  • 5 years of proven leadership/project management experience
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, and demonstrated ability to communicate well with internal and external stakeholders
  • Expert computer literacy and experience working with CRM software such as Goldmine
  • Proficiency in using business analytical tools
  • Data-oriented approach and excellent problem-solving skills
