DIT-MCO Forms Partnership to Eliminate Intermittent Faults

KANSAS CITY, MO. – DIT-MCO International, a leading manufacturer of wire integrity test systems, has formed a strategic partnership with Universal Synaptics, the leader in intermittent fault detection. Intermittents plague maintenance and repair depots with no fault found test results. Almost all cases of no fault found can be traced to intermittent electrical connections.

DIT-MCO brings Universal Synaptics’ technology and expertise in intermittent detection to the commercial and military maintenance and repair depots. Many of these depots already use DIT-MCO’s wire integrity testers. “Intermittent fault detection has demonstrated million dollar savings in maintenance programs,” said W. David Chambers, Universal Synaptics’ President and CEO. Chambers added, “This strategic partnership combines DIT-MCO’s brand, reputation, distribution and marketing strengths with Universal Synaptics’ innovative technology and no fault found remediation expertise.”

John Kusek, DIT-MCO’s Chief Operating Officer, explained, “This partnership demonstrates our commitment to our customers’ diagnostic testing needs by solving no fault found testing.” Kusek added “the combination of DIT-MCO’s wire test systems and Universal Synaptics’ technology provides the most advanced test and diagnostic tools available.”

For more than 18 years Universal Synaptics has focused on solving complex diagnostic and testing problems.  The company’s research into the primary root causes of intermittent and No Fault Found (NFF) problems and the testing void that exists with conventional test equipment, led to the development of the patented Intermittent Fault Detector (IFD), hardware neural network and all-lines-all-the-time wiring/circuit analyzer test solutions.
