Entry Level Assembler

We are currently looking to expand our workforce and are in need of several experienced Electronic Assemblers. DIT-MCO International is a full-service manufacturer of automated test equipment used extensively in the aerospace and transportation industries. DIT-MCO provides test solutions to verify interconnects in wired assemblies and cable harnesses.

Summary Function:

Performs routine assembly of electronic parts.


Works under the supervision of the Production Supervisor. Position requirements include the ability to follow detailed written or verbal instruction. This position will not require the use of schematics, but will require use of diagrams/prints. Requires minimum of high school diploma or equivalent. US person status.

Essential Functions:

Through on the job training will perform assembly of electronic parts using hand tools and assembly machines. This assembly will be done from instructions on engineering drawings, work instruction sheets, process plans, wire lists, or other written or verbal instructions. Performs one or more of the following functions:  assemble units, cables, or printed circuit boards. Includes functions such as cutting wire, pulling cables, installation of terminals on wires (crimping), wiring cables, light inspections, loading PCA’s with components, and hand soldering.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to work at repetitive jobs while maintaining standards for quantity and quality. Good dexterity and eyesight. Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time. Lift or carry up to 25 lbs.

Normal hours: 7:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

Salary: $15.17 – $17.13/HR
