Signature Line/Stamp Box: Allows up to three signature lines or stamp boxes on the first page of the report. Select either Signature Line or Stamp Box from the dropdown for each line desired. The label of each of these options is customizable.
Date Line: Creates a blank space with a line for the date.
Include on Connector Summary: Adds certification to the Connector Summary worksheet of the report once selected in the Amended Results menu.
Include on Amended Results: Adds certification to the Amended Results worksheet once selected in the Amended Results menu.
