Continuity – Two Wire

Continuity is the presence of a complete path for current flow. It refers to how much resistance there is in a closed electrical current. This is an important element to check with a multimeter because poor continuity can cause fires, shocks, or damage to your electrical devices. A circuit is considered complete when its switch is closed.
The tag letter “C” is a standard use for a two-point continuity test. Usually, a minimum dwell time is not required. SMU is not used here as this is not required if the SMU will be the default device used for the test measurement.
