DIG

Use the Digitize mode to force the system to display a digital measurement for all tests. NETS automatically displays digitized values for failed tests (DOF). The SMU provides a four-digit value of digitized information. The DIG mode causes the SMU to auto-range. If the SMU cannot auto-range high or low enough, the greater than symbol (>) or less than symbol (<) displays in front of the reading, indicating an inaccurate reading. The stimulus does not change during auto-ranging. DO NOT use DIG, DTB, and PAT simultaneously. The passed tests produce inaccurate readings. However, DIG and DTB are valid because DTB does not affect auto-ranging for failed tests.
