HOF

The Hold On Fail mode causes the analyzer to stop on a failed test and hold the programmed stimulus until the test operator continues, stops, or aborts the test. HOF does not apply to dielectric tests.

Warning: Holding conditions continue applying stimulus and may damage sensitive components.
