How do I install NETS?

NETS may be supplied on a USB card or through a secure download link. Run NETS Installer.exe, click Next, accept the license agreement, keep the default DITMCO, SCRATCH, and TESTFILE directories, click Install, wait for installation to finish, and click Finish. A NETS shortcut will be placed on the Windows desktop.
