Is NETS compatible with Windows 11?

Yes. The NETS User Manual states that NETS requires Microsoft Windows 10 or later, which includes Windows 11. NETS versions released from 2025 forward are not regression-tested on Windows 7, so operation on Windows 7 is not guaranteed.
