Model 2115

Depicted above is a 2115 benchtop with a Host PC. This model may also be in a rack-mounted configuration.

  • The 2115 system is a smaller configuration that can be expanded to 15,000 switching points. The MSU (Master Switching Unit) is the first assembly and contains the control boards and (up to) the first 1,000 addresses.
  • If more switching points are needed, an ESU (Expansion Switching Unit) can be added to the system. Each ESU contains up to an additional 1,000 addresses and is about half the depth of the MSU since the control cards are not required in these units.
  • Each MSU can control four (4) ESUs; if more switching points are required past that, then an ESU/D (Expansion Switching Unit with Distribution) is needed. These units can control another four (4) ESUs.
  • A 1000VAC option and EE/LM are available.
