When this error message is displayed, it does not always mean there is no DitNLA association.
Cause: Often occurs after changing series switching types, e.g., from Series 10 to Series 17, which also requires modifying the number of cards, points per card, and last address.
Solution: Users can check DitNLA connection status using the DitNLA icon in the Windows system tray.
