For model 2650 and 2651 switching systems, the switching controller firmware can be updated using this feature. Before using this feature, ensure the correct “2650Bin.phy” file is in the DIT-MCO folder. Once the feature is started, users will be given a warning. If users choose to proceed, the file will be downloaded to the switching controller FLASH memory.
Warning: Improper installation of different firmware can render the Analyzer inoperative. Contact DIT-MCO for guidance and instructions to ensure the proper procedure is followed and the correct firmware version is installed.
