What causes a Discharge Error?

After applying stimulus, the analyzer attempts to discharge the unit under test below 3.5 volts. A Discharge Error means voltage is still detected. The cause may be stored energy, an energized circuit, a slow-discharging component, or an analyzer or instrument problem.
