What system information should I provide when contacting DIT-MCO Customer Service?

Provide the Windows version, NETS version, SMU version, NetLink firmware version, analyzer model and serial number, connection method, exact error message, and relevant test file. The NETS Version Table is available from System Maintenance or the DIT-MCO D icon. Windows 11 may appear as Windows 10 in the table, so state the actual version separately.
