About the Role
DIT-MCO International is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain software used in advanced automated test equipment. In this role, you will lead software development efforts from concept through deployment, working closely with cross-functional engineering teams to deliver reliable, high-performance solutions. This position is ideal for an experienced engineer who enjoys solving complex problems, working at the intersection of software and hardware, and taking ownership of technical outcomes.
What You’ll Do
• Research, design, and develop computer and network software and specialized utility programs
• Analyze user and system requirements to create effective software solutions
• Lead software projects from concept through completion, ensuring quality and performance
• Oversee software architecture and design for new product development
• Develop and implement software using Microsoft .NET and Visual Studio (C#)
• Support and maintain both new and legacy software used in automated test equipment
• Work with hardware engineers to integrate software and hardware systems

About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for the development and delivery of training curriculum and materials for DIT-MCO software and hardware products. Training will be delivered using a variety of modalities, including instructor-led training (at our facility and customer sites), virtual training, on-demand eLearning, or blended approaches.
You will also support documentation development, assist with customer technical issues, and collaborate with engineering on product validation and testing efforts.
What You’ll Do
● Develop content for DIT-MCO’s public-facing Learning Management System (iSpring)
● Plan, develop, organize, write, and edit training materials, user documentation, operational procedures, and manuals
● Deliver live instructor-led training at DIT-MCO facilities and customer sites
● Support virtual and on-demand training initiatives
● Oversee and coordinate all DIT-MCO software and hardware training activities
● Collaborate with Engineering on software and hardware validation and testing
● Assist Customer Service in resolving software and hardware issues

About the Role
In this role, you will research, design, develop, and test embedded firmware and digital hardware for microcontrollers, system-on-modules, and custom electronic hardware. You will analyze user and system requirements, implement firmware solutions, design digital circuits and PCBs, and ensure the seamless integration of hardware and software. You will also create technical documentation, support manufacturing and test efforts, and collaborate closely with internal and external engineering teams.
What You’ll Do
• Develop analog and digital circuit designs, create schematics, and design PCBs
• Write, debug, and implement embedded firmware (C/C++) for microcontrollers and RTOS-based systems
• Test and validate hardware and firmware, including bench and environmental testing, debugging, and compliance verification
• Use tools such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, in-circuit emulators, and circuit simulation software (P-Spice, LTSpice, Q-Spice)
• Collaborate with hardware, software, and mechanical teams to integrate systems and ensure performance meets specifications
• Maintain technical documentation, design specifications, and test reports
• Support manufacturing and coordinate PCBA processes to ensure designs are production-ready
• Travel to customer sites as required for testing or integration support
What You Bring
• Bachelor’s or associate degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience

What You’ll Do
- Assist in executing internal and external marketing strategies and campaigns to promote DIT-MCO’s products and services.
- Conduct inside sales activities, including lead qualification, prospect outreach, and campaign follow-up.

- Performs Functional Testing, Troubleshooting and Repair of printed circuit assemblies, cables and chassis assemblies. Inspects parts to quality standards.
