We have implemented a 4/10 work schedule (4 days a week, 10 hour days). Our building is open from 6:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday-Thursday. This change does not affect the sales and service teams. They are available on Fridays for any support needed and can be reached by phone or email.

This change has a multitude of positive environmental impacts. Our commuting emissions have been reduced by 20%. We have also reduced our total energy usage by 10%. Our continuous effort to become more sustainable has already paid off in a big way in a short amount of time. With the implementation of solar panels and reduced energy usage on Fridays, we have been able to feed energy back into the grid.
